Growing up in a household riddled with trauma and abuse Rocco’s life has threatened to take many a sideways turn. He then got clean and turned his life around and is now a highly sought after yoga teacher, he has been performing comedy around the world opening for Margaret Cho and when I had the pleasure of talking with him he had just returned from a 10 day silent meditation retreat – that he has since convinced me to do next time – because that’s how comics like me and the beautifully inspiring Rocco Stowe like to party!!
